Before Shipment:
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement if the product or service has not been processed or shipped. To cancel, please contact us immediately at engagewayz@gmail.com.
After Shipment or Setup Start:
Once the product has been shipped or a digital service (e.g., website setup) has been started, cancellations are not allowed. You may request adjustments after delivery, subject to our Service Terms or Refund Policy.
Orders for custom-made or personalized products/services (e.g., website design, branding) cannot be canceled once production has started. These services are tailored specifically for you and therefore non-cancellable after initiation.
If your order qualifies for cancellation, a full refund will be initiated within 7β10 business days from the date of approval.
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
