Once a payment has been made and work has commenced on your project, no refunds or returns will be provided under any circumstances. This policy is in place to ensure that our time, effort, and resources dedicated to your project are properly accounted for.

By making a payment, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:


1. No Cancellation or Refund After Work Begins

As soon as we receive payment, our team immediately begins working on your project.
Given the time, expertise, and resources involved, we do not entertain any requests for refunds once work has started.

You understand that initiating a project means that our team has allocated time and effort specifically for your order, and therefore, payments made are non-refundable.


2. No Refunds for Change of Mind or Unsatisfactory Results

We strive to deliver top-quality service; however, refunds will not be issued if you are dissatisfied with the work for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preference

  • Subjective opinions

We encourage clients to communicate expectations clearly before making a payment.

If you require modifications or adjustments, we are happy to make reasonable revisions as per our service agreement, but this does not entitle you to a refund.


3. No Refunds Due to Delays or External Factors

We work efficiently to meet deadlines, but certain factors like:

  • Client responsiveness

  • Last-minute requirement changes

  • Unforeseen circumstances

…may affect timelines. Such delays do not qualify for a refund. We will always maintain transparency about progress and timelines.


4. No Refunds Due to Third-Party Issues

If our work depends on third-party platforms, tools, or services (such as ad accounts, hosting providers, domain providers, software tools, or APIs), and there are issues like:

  • Delays

  • Rejections

  • Policy violations

  • Downtime

…EngageWayz cannot be held responsible, and no refund will be issued.


5. No Refunds for Partial Work

If a client decides to discontinue the project after work has started, no refunds will be given for the work completed up to that point.


Acknowledgment & Agreement

By making a payment, you fully understand and agree that:

  • All sales are final.

  • No refunds or returns will be issued.

  • It is your responsibility to review our offerings, communicate your requirements, and be sure before proceeding.

  • This policy is non-negotiable and applies to all customers without exception.
