• Services begin only after full payment and submission of all required information by the client.

• Clients must provide all necessary project details within 24 hours of payment. Delays may result in cancellation with no refund or rescheduling.

• While we aim for excellent results, we do not guarantee specific performance outcomes.

• Revisions must align with the original scope. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

3. Communication Policy

• All communication should occur through official channels (WhatsApp, email, or support form).

• Unscheduled or random calls are not permitted. All calls must be pre-booked via our scheduling system.

• Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of service without refund.

4. Appointment Booking

• Calls or meetings must be scheduled in advance.

• Unscheduled or missed appointments may not be rescheduled.

• Repeated missed appointments may result in discontinuation of support.

5. Third-Party Dependencies

• If our services depend on third-party platforms (e.g., ad accounts, domain providers, APIs), we are not responsible for their actions or technical issues.

• Any disruptions, bans, policy violations, or performance issues originating from third parties will not qualify for refunds or service extensions.

6. Limitation of Liability

• EngageWayz is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our Services.

• Clients are expected to review and approve final work. Any post-approval changes will be considered new tasks and are chargeable.

• We do not make guarantees on conversions, sales, or leads, as outcomes depend on numerous external factors.

7. Modifications to Terms

• EngageWayz reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. The updated version will be available on our website.

• Continued use of our Services implies acceptance of the latest Terms.

8. Legal Jurisdiction

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

• Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kalaburagi, Karnataka.

9. Refund Eligibility

• You may be eligible for a refund only if we are unable to deliver the service.

• Refund timelines and eligibility are subject to our Refund Policy.

• Refund claims must be submitted within the stipulated time frame; failure to do so voids eligibility.

10. Force Majeure

Neither party will be liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, technical outages, or government actions.
